Pay.gov must conduct critical maintenance activity on Saturday, June 20, 2026, from 4:00 pm until 10:00 pm CT to accommodate an important infrastructure maintenance activity.  All Pay.gov services will be unavailable during this window. 

The court has modified procedures for granting appellate counsel access to matters sealed in the District Courts.  Further information is available in the attached general order.

The en banc court will rehear, No. 24-40323, Aramark Services v. Aetna Life Ins, in September 2026, on a date to be determined.
