Documents may be filed electronically using the Court's CM/ECF system at any time. In the event you need to file an emergency motion outside of normal business hours, appropriate arrangements should be made with the Clerk's Office in advance.

Our office remains open on some federal holidays, operating with a reduced staff. No court deadlines are set on federal holidays, regardless of whether or not staff are working.
