The en banc court will rehear case 19-50914 (without argument); cases 19-10842, 19-60632, and 20-30382 (consolidated with 20-30379) will be reheard with oral argument in September.
Case 20-60106 will be heard in January of 2022.

Due to resurgence of COVID in the New Orleans area, the John Minor Wisdom Courthouse will be closed to the public from August 30- September 3, 2021. Scheduled oral arguments will continue in person or by video, as panels direct.  Links to permit the public to listen live to the audio of all arguments are posted on the Court Calendars.  The masking requirements of GO 2021-6 (below) remain in effect
