The Administrative Office of the Courts has adopted the attached changes to the Fee Schedule of the Appellate Courts. These changes take effect December 1, 2020.
The Clerk’s Office remains closed to the public due to COVID-19. A party needing to file a paper pleading or correspondence with the court may mail the matter to the Clerk’s Office or deposit the matter in the Drop Box installed outside the Clerk’s Office at 600 S. Maestri Place. We will check the box each weekday and properly date stamp documents.
