Status of Proposed Artificial Intelligence Rule

The Court expresses its gratitude to those who commented on the proposed changes to Fifth Circuit Rule 32.3 and Form 6.  A special committee will review the comments and make a recommendation to the full court on the need for and content of any future rule.
