During today’s en banc hearing in USA v. State of Texas, et al. (Case No. 24-50149), the courtroom audio system experienced an unexpected failure, temporarily disrupting the session and the accompanying livestream. During a brief recess, the system was successfully rebooted and functioned properly for the remainder of the morning proceedings.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this interruption. The entire oral argument session was broadcast live through the court’s livestream.  Additionally, the complete recording of the oral argument will be posted later today on the website, at Latest Oral Argument Recordings and later on the court’s YouTube Channel.
