Extended CM/ECF Server Maintenance Saturday May 25, 8:00 AM Cental

Beginning 8:00 a.m. Central Time Saturday, May 25, and continuing until approximately Saturday evening, the Fifth Circuit CM/ECF servers will be offline for service.  During this time, the public will be unable to file documents or access case related information through PACER. If a party has an emergency filing during this time, please call the emergency duty clerk 504-310-7700 and follow the recorded instructions.  The emergency duty clerk will accept an emergency filing through email.

We will remove this message once the maintenance is complete, or post a follow-up in the event that the maintenance is extended.
