CM/ECF Planned Maintenance

On Friday, October 23, at 8:00 PM Central, electronic filing through CM/ECF will be taken offline for upgrades and is expected to extend through to Saturday evening. The deadline for any pleading due on Friday, Oct. 23, will automatically be extended to Monday, October 26, 2026, but the deadlines for the filing of a Notice of Appeal or a Petition for Review are not changed by the CM/ECF outage, as those deadlines are jurisdictional.  If you need to file a case originating document with the court or an emergency, please call 504-310-7700 to be connected to the Emergency Duty Deputy.
