CM/ECF Service Outage and office closure

Beginning 1:00 p.m. Central Time Saturday, February 18, and continuing until approximately Sunday evening, the Fifth Circuit CM/ECF servers will be offline for service.  During this time, the public will be unable to file documents or access case related information through PACER. If a party has an emergency filing during this time, please call the emergency duty clerk 504-310-7700 and follow the recorded instructions.  The emergency duty clerk will accept an emergency filing through email.

The office will be open Monday, Presidents' Day, but will be closed on Tuesday, February 21 for Mardi Gras.  We remind the public that any existing deadline for the filing of an appeal or a Petition for Review is not changed by the Tuesday closure, as those deadlines are jurisdictional.
