CM/ECF Offline for Service -- Impact on the Public

We will take CM/ECF servers offline for service on Sunday at 7:00 AM to perform maintenance.  We anticipate servers will be back online by 11:00 AM Sunday morning.  While servers are offline, attorneys will not be able to file electronically in CM/ECF and the public will be unable to access case related information through PACER.  Contact the clerk’s office emergency duty clerk for instructions for filing emergency matters, if necessary, while the system is offline.
