Amendment to 5th Cir Rule 25.2.1

After publishing proposed changes for public comments, and receiving no comments during the notice period, the court has approved the amendment to local rule 25.2.1. The revised rule clarifies parties should file paper copies of pleadings only when requested to do so by the clerk.
