The Fifth Circuit accepts electronic payment of fees through Pay.Gov, the federal government's secure online payment system.  Electronic Payment Information  

The Fifth Circuit now permits ECF Attorneys who have entered an appearance in a case to download a digital copy of the unsealed Electronic Record on Appeal (EROA).  District Court Clerks will notify counsel when this feature is available for specific appeals.  After receipt of this notice, counsel should review EROA Downloads  for instructions on the download process.  

COUNSEL MUST HAVE AN APPEARANCE FORM ON FILE.  If you have not filed it and/or have just filed it, please allow 3 days for processing. 
Requirements: Java 1.7, Adobe Acrobat Reader 11, turn off pop up blockers  or add CM/ECF filing system to approved pop up settings.
