We are experiencing a high number of failed Notice of Docket Activity (NDA) email messages, due to attorneys failing to update email addresses. We request that all attorneys verify the email addresses to receive NDAs through the "Manage My Appellate Filer Account" link on the PACER site. First, verify that the primary email is accurate by clicking on the 'Update Personal Info' link. Next, if the attorney has provided additional email addresses to receive NDAs, verify those addresses by clicking on the 'Update Noticing Preferences' link.
