Court Closed Monday, September 26th 

This update was prepared at 12:40 p.m. September 25, 2005.

Due to anticipated traffic congestion and the shortage of fuel in the city of Houston, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit will be closed on Monday, September 26, 2005.

We will attempt to reopen on Tuesday the 27th, and ask all employees to make all reasonable efforts to be in Houston for work on that date.

Oral arguments will be held in Austin and Plano as shown in the revised calendars.
