Located in Downtown El Paso, Texas the Albert Armendariz Sr. Courthouse houses eleven courtrooms and serves four District Court Judges, one Senior District Court Judge, and four Magistrate Judges.

Security Guidelines

- A valid, official photo I.D. is required - "Valid and Official" means federal, state, or municipal I.D. cards or licenses that contain a picture. School I.D.'s for minors are acceptable. Photo I.D.'s such as "Sam's Club" cards are not acceptable.

- No tape recording or video recording devices of any kind are permitted.

- No cameras are allowed.

- Hats may not be worn in the building.

-Guards do not have storage facilities to hold any items (such as cameras with cell phones) so do not

 bring them with you.

-CELL PHONES are permitted for Attorneys only, but must be OFF inside the courtrooms.

-No weapons of any kind are permitted, including pocket knives and mace. - Laptop Computers brought by Attorneys are acceptable.
